Tamara Bryant is the Director for Veterans Business Outreach Center (VBOC) at Fayetteville State University (FSU), overseeing the operations of the University’s VBOC. She earned her baccalaureate degree from FSU and her master's degree from Central Michigan University.
Tamara’s background includes ownership and operation of a trucking company. She previously worked at Fayetteville Technical Community College (FTCC) as Director of the Small Business Center (SBC). Under her leadership, FTCC’s Small Business Center was recognized in 2013 with the Small Business Center Excellence Award for Innovation in Programs and Services. In 2015, she received the State Director of the Year Award. She was the regional director for the Sandhill's region providing leadership to eight other SBC Directors. In 2017, under Bryant’s leadership and collaboration with the Dean of business, FTCC received a national award with the National Association for Community College Entrepreneurship for College of Excellence in demonstrating entrepreneurial excellence. She has worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs and small business owners to start and improve their businesses.
Tamara was named one of the 40 Under 40 rising leaders in Cumberland County 2015. She is actively involved in her community, serving as a board member for the Fayetteville Urban Ministry, and holds a leadership position with the Junior League of Fayetteville.

A native of Williamsport Pennsylvania, Kevin has many years of successful business ownership, business management, and business education experience. As an accomplished entrepreneur he has first-hand knowledge of, and experience in, the many opportunities and challenges small business owners face on a daily basis. Kevin is a champion of the entrepreneurial spirit and the many rewards it presents to individuals, society, and the entire free market enterprise system.
Kevin obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Economics from Lycoming College and completed his Master of Science in Commerce and Economic Development from Northeastern University.
