Chances are it had a lot to do with if you were being “led” or “managed” by your supervisor. In this session, you will gain an understanding of what “real” leadership looks like and the skills that work to lead a successful team. In addition, you will become aware of leadership styles and different traits that are the most effective at motivating others and inspiring them to work toward common goals and achieve results.
